Interesting post Melissa. I'm a newbie to utilising social media and I'm trying to learn all I can right now about marketing, SEO, personal branding. So thank you for the recommendations on tools and resources...I will certainly look in to the resources Sarah offers.
Thanks,
Saj

Excellent! Let's talk live on the phone. It's about time we start figuring out how to work together. ; ) Let me know what time works for you this week to brainstorm ideas. Yeah!

My goodness - thanks for the invite, Melissa! I'd like to trade guest blogging, when mine gets a bit further along (i.e., when I have the time to migrate to WordPress!). I accept, with humble thanks and appreciation. Please let me know how I can help!

Hi Amy, I currently use Tweet Deck (great tool too!). It's very different than Tweet Adder however. I use Tweet Deck to filter theTweets I want to see and which users I want to follow closely. Tweet Deck is my useful window into Twitter; Tweet Deck is my personal assistant to manage daily automated tasks and target people I'm interested in. Tweet Adder is about outreach (finding the people you want to connect with) and Tweet Deck is about relationship. Hope that helps.

I noticed your web - very cool. I followed you on Twitter. My husband, a.k.a. 'the fisherman', is in a band and loves music. I'll have to point him your way!

Thanks again!

Have you checked out Tweet Deck? It's free and may be an alternative to Tweet Adder, but haven't checked out either enough to be sure. Thoughts?

LOL Melissa! Way to practice what you preach...I love the way you immediately invited Lucie into community by asking her about guest blogging. That's a prime example of how genuine relationships are worth more than outdated sales copy ever could be.

Thanks for pointing out these tools. I'm always on the hunt for methods that illustrate and demonstrate "how to" so I'll be eagerly checking out Sarah's course.

Cheers!

your new friend in Boston.
