RIVERFORK uses a phased approach to guide and steer organizational change. This phased approach ensures you meet your business objectives in an organized fashion.
- Engage and Align. In collaboration with key stakeholders, create a shared understanding of objectives, goals, outcomes, and how we will work together.
- Hear and Analyze. Designing meaningful and innovative solutions that serves your constituents begins with understanding their needs, hopes, barriers and fears. We engage people in their own contexts in order to understand the issues at a deep level.
- Design and Prototype. To move from research to real-world solutions, we go through a process of synthesis and interpretation. This requires narrowing and culling information and translating insights about the reality of today into a set of opportunities that support the objectives. Needs of individuals are transformed into high-level insights about the larger population and the systems. Solutions are brainstormed and a few of them are made tangible through prototyping to elicit feedback.
- Pilot and Implement. The activities in this phase are meant to move top ideas toward pilots and implementation and to complement your organization’s existing implementation processes and may prompt adaptations to the way solutions are typically rolled out.
- Monitor and Sustain. Assess the effectiveness of the solutions to ensure objectives are met. Transfer capabilities to lead change.
