This information packed workshop offers the best aspects of both change management and design thinking. Participants will walk away with insights and tools to design and lead the implementation of change. IDEO’s Human Centered Design Toolkit is used in this workshop. In collaboration with the Gates Foundation and non-profit groups, IDEO has adapted the HCD Toolkit to help non-profit-groups and organizations understand people’s needs in new ways, find innovative solutions to meet those needs, and deliver solutions with financial sustainability in mind.
